Ingredients

Sweet'N Low Calorie free sweetener

3 packet(s)

vanilla extract

1 tsp

orange zest

½ tsp, freshly grated

orange(s)

2 medium, navel, peeled, white pith and pits removed

grapefruit(s)

1 medium, ruby, peeled, white pith and pits removed

grapes

1 cup(s), red or green, seedless, halved lengthwise

mint leaves

4 piece(s), fresh, sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Stir Splenda, vanilla extract and orange peel together in a medium bowl until Splenda dissolves.
  2. Cut oranges and grapefruit into segments; add to vanilla mixture. Squeeze orange and grapefruit membranes over bowl to add juices. Add grapes; toss to mix. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
  3. To serve, spoon into compote cups and drizzle with juices. Garnish each with a mint leaf, if desired. Yields about 3/4 cup per serving.
