White self-rising flour
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 medium, peeled, thinly sliced
Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
1 item(s), medium egg, whisked
- Make two-ingredient dough by combining flour with yogurt. Knead, roll out and shape dough into a rectangle on a floured cutting board.
- To make the filling, sprinkle apple with sweetener, cinnamon and salt; toss to coat.
- Top the dough with the filling and mold into turnover shape; press down to seal edges. Cut a few slits on top and brush with egg wash before baking.
- Air fry for 8 minutes at 390°F or until golden brown.
Add whipped topping, if desired (could change the recipe's Points value). Makes 1 turnover.
