Tuscan Steak with White Beans & Broccolini
Uncooked lean flank steak
1 pinch, coarse variety
½ tsp(s), fresh, minced
Canned cannellini beans
½ cup(s), rinsed and drained, warmed
4 stalk(s), small, steamed or roasted
⅛ medium, cut in a wedge
- Coat a stove-top grill pan with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; cook, turning once, until cooked to desired doneness, about 6 minutes for medium-rare. Let stand 3 minutes; thinly slice.
- Meanwhile, put oil, garlic and rosemary in small cup; microwave just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Arrange steak, beans and broccolini on a plate; drizzle oil mixture over top. Season with salt and pepper; serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
