This Italian-inspired dinner is a fabulous quick meal for one, or easily multiplied for a crowd.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

2 spray(s)

Uncooked lean flank steak

4 oz

Sea salt

1 pinch, coarse variety

Black pepper

1 tsp(s)

Olive oil

1 tsp(s)

Minced garlic

½ tsp(s)

Rosemary

½ tsp(s), fresh, minced

Canned cannellini beans

½ cup(s), rinsed and drained, warmed

Cooked broccolini

4 stalk(s), small, steamed or roasted

Lemon(s)

medium, cut in a wedge

Instructions

  1. Coat a stove-top grill pan with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; cook, turning once, until cooked to desired doneness, about 6 minutes for medium-rare. Let stand 3 minutes; thinly slice.
  2. Meanwhile, put oil, garlic and rosemary in small cup; microwave just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Arrange steak, beans and broccolini on a plate; drizzle oil mixture over top. Season with salt and pepper; serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
