Crank up the fun—and the deliciousness—with this produce-packed twist on the usual turkey sandwich. In place of bread, use an avocado for creamy richness and filling fiber. Opt for an avocado that is still somewhat firm but gives a bit when pressed on the stem end. We sprinkle on some sesame seeds to help it resemble a bun.
