Uncooked 93% lean ground turkey

Whole wheat breadcrumbs

½ cup(s), (125 ml)

Egg whites

Reduced-fat pesto sauce

⅓ cup(s), (75 ml)

Table salt

½ tsp(s), (2 ml)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175 °C (350 °F). Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all ingredients—do not overmix or meatballs will be tough. Roll into 24 meatballs (4 cm [1 1/2 in]; place on prepared pan.

Bake until lightly browned and cooked through, 20 minutes. Transfer to sauce.
