Ingredients
Brodie XXX Self-Raising Cake and Pastry Flour
1 cup(s)
Turkey pepperoni sticks
8 stick(s), smoked variety, 28 g each
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup(s)
Honey mustard
1 tbsp(s), optional
Raw egg
1 large, beaten
Sesame seeds
1 tbsp(s), optional
Instructions

Combine both the flour and the Greek yogurt inside a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. If your dough still feels sticky, sprinkle flour onto dough until it feels solid and easy to separate. Continue to knead the dough for 2 to 4 minutes.

Coat the cutting board with flour and begin to divide your dough into four even pieces.

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll on lightly floured surface 5" long by 1" wide (13 cm x 2.5 cm). Lightly brush with honey mustard. Wrap middle of pepperoni stick with dough. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg and top with sesame seeds if using.

Bake in preheated oven 15-20 minutes or until dough is golden.
