Turkey hummus roll-ups
Deli sliced turkey
2 tbsp(s), or homemade, divided
Uncooked bell pepper(s)
1 item(s), small, sliced into thin slices, divided
½ medium, sliced into thin slices lengthwise, divided
½ cup(s), divided
- Lay your slices of turkey flat on a cutting board, plate, or parchment paper.
- Spread ½ tablespoon of hummus onto each slice of deli turkey. Add the sliced vegetables 1 inch from the bottom of the turkey.
- Roll up the turkey starting from the bottom and refrigerate until time to consume.
- 4 turkey roll-ups per serving.
