Turkey, cheddar and apple quesadilla
whole wheat tortilla(s)
1 large, (10 inch)
deli style low sodium turkey breast
Granny Smith apple
⅓ medium, thinly sliced
shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
- Spread preserves on half of tortilla.
- Top preserves with turkey slices, then layer on apple slices, followed by Weight Watchers Cheddar Cheese Stick. Fold tortilla over filling.
- Heat nonstick skillet over medium high heat and spray with pan spray. Cook quesadilla on both sides until crispy and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges and enjoy!
