Sweet and savoury apple slices and apricot preserves take this beloved classic to new flavour dimensions.

Ingredients

whole wheat tortilla(s)

1 large, (10 inch)

apricot preserves

1 Tbsp

deli style low sodium turkey breast

4 slice(s)

Granny Smith apple

medium, thinly sliced

shredded fat free mozzarella cheese

3 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Spread preserves on half of tortilla.
  2. Top preserves with turkey slices, then layer on apple slices, followed by Weight Watchers Cheddar Cheese Stick. Fold tortilla over filling.
  3. Heat nonstick skillet over medium high heat and spray with pan spray. Cook quesadilla on both sides until crispy and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges and enjoy!
