Ingredients

Ginger root

1 tbsp(s), grated

Garlic

2 clove(s), large, minced

Dark sesame oil

1 tsp(s)

Crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp(s)

Cooked rice noodles

½ cup(s)

Red onion

½ cup(s), sliced, minced

Red bell pepper

½ cup(s), chopped, chopped

Uncooked, baby broccoli

1 cup(s)

Packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

Sesame seeds

1 tbsp(s)

Mango

1 medium, sliced

Renée's Gourmet Asian sesame dressing

½ cup(s)

Unsalted dry-roasted cashews

¼ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan brown the ground turkey. Add garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and grated ginger.
  2. Once turkey is cooked add the onion, red peppers, and broccoli.
  3. Add cooked rice noodles to the turkey and veggies.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix, sesame seeds, and mango to the pan and stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Plate each serving. Garnish with sesame dressing and cashews.
