TruLOCAL Extra Lean Ground Turkey

2 clove(s), medium, minced
Dark sesame oil
Crushed red pepper flakes
Cooked rice noodles
Uncooked red onion(s)
½ cup(s), chopped, minced
Sweet red pepper(s)
½ cup(s), chopped
Uncooked baby broccoli
Packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

Unsalted dry-roasted cashews
- In a large pan brown the ground turkey. Add garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and grated ginger.
- Once turkey is cooked add the onion, red peppers, and broccoli.
- Add cooked rice noodles to the turkey and veggies.
- Add the coleslaw mix, sesame seeds, and mango to the pan and stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Plate each serving. Garnish with sesame dressing and cashews.
