The herbs and apple in these burgers give them a taste of the French countryside. Make sure to drain the tuna well so your patties don't fall apart. Though we topped these burgers with spinach and Dijon, have fun experimenting with different flavours and textures. Try arugula and stoneground mustard for a peppery, grainy finish. Or try roasted veggies such as sauteed pepper and onion strips made with cooking spray, salt and pepper.
