Baby spinach

Frozen pizza crust dough
10 oz, thin, pre-baked
Part-skim ricotta cheese
⅔ cup(s)
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
½ cup(s)
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp(s)
Turkey pepperoni
12 piece(s), halved

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add spinach to skillet a few handfuls at a time, stirring and adding spinach until it is all wilted. Stir in salt and pepper flakes.

Place crust on baking sheet. Spread ricotta evenly over crust. Top with spinach. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan and dot with pepperoni. Bake until cheeses are melted and just beginning to brown, about 8 minutes. Cut into 6 slices.
