Ingredients

Uncooked green snap beans

1 cup(s), fresh, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Canned lima beans

½ cup(s), rinsed and drained

Canned drained chickpeas

½ cup(s), rinsed and drained

Uncooked green peas

1 cup(s), fresh or frozen and thawed

Red onion

½ medium, minced

Balsamic vinegar

¼ cup(s)

Olive oil

½ tsp(s)

Dry mustard

½ tsp(s)

Dried oregano

½ tsp(s)

Dried basil

½ tsp(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Instructions

Mix beans, peas and onion together in a medium bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients together in a cup and toss with bean mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
