Cooking spray

Uncooked green snap beans

1 cup(s), or snap peas

Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast

3 oz, chopped or thinly sliced

Reduced sodium teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp(s)

Cooked medium grain brown rice

½ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. In a small pan coated with cooking spray, sauté sugar snap peas or green beans over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and teriyaki sauce; cook, tossing occasionally, until just heated through. Serve over rice. Garnish with scallions (if desired).
