Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)
3 oz, chopped or thinly sliced
Reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
Cooked medium grain brown rice
- In a small pan coated with cooking spray, sauté sugar snap peas or green beans over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chicken and teriyaki sauce; cook, tossing occasionally, until just heated through. Serve over rice. Garnish with scallions (if desired).
