Tarragon pairs beautifully with chicken in this wrap. Sugar snap peas, one of spring's bounties, add great crunch!


Ingredients
Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 cup(s), chopped, diced
Reduced calorie mayonnaise
3 tbsp(s)
Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp(s)
Fresh tarragon
1 tbsp(s), chopped
Uncooked sugar snap peas
1 cup(s), blanched, cooled and chopped
Table salt
⅛ tsp(s), or to taste
Black pepper
⅛ pinch(es), or to taste
Fat free flour tortilla

Lettuce

Instructions

Combine chicken, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon and snap peas together in a large bowl; mix until well coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Place 1/4 of chicken salad down the center of each tortilla; top each with 2 lettuce leaves and roll up, folding in ends.
