Chicken tenders are the perfect size for making skewers. Try this amazing Indian-spiced yogurt marinade to make delicious appetizers or add to a main dish.

Ingredients

Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins

2 strip(s)

Plain fat free yogurt

Kosher salt

1½ tsp(s)

Apple cider vinegar

1½ tbsp(s)

Olive oil

1½ tsp(s), extra virgin

Ground cumin

1 tsp(s)

Garlic powder

1 tsp(s)

Ground ginger

Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, salt, vinegar, oil and spices in medium bowl. Add chicken tenders; cover and refrigerate for at least one hour up to overnight.
  2. Thread tenders on skewers.
  3. Lightly spray grill pan or outdoor grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high.
  4. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning several times, until internal temperature of tenders reach 165°F.
  5. Yields 2 tandoori grilled chicken skewers.

Notes

Two 10” skewers needed. Chicken skewers should marinate 1 hour to overnight.
