Ingredients
Fresh sage
5 leaf/leaves
Tangerine juice
3 fl oz, or juice squeezed from 1 tangerine
Lime
½ medium
Mezcal
1 fl oz
Tequila
½ fl oz
Honey
½ tsp(s)
Egg whites

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sage leaves thoroughly. Let stand about 1 minute.

To the cocktail shaker, add the tangerine juice or juice squeezed from 1 tangerine. Squeeze in juice from 1/2 a lime. Add the mezcal, tequila, and honey. Stir together.

Add the egg white. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake about 40 times until egg white is frothy (without ice). Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
