Sugar-Roasted Plums with Balsamic and Rosemary

unpacked brown sugar
1 Tbsp, minced
- Position rack in center of oven; preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place plums, cut-side up, in a 9-inch square baking dish. Drizzle plums with vinegar. Sprinkle brown sugar and rosemary over plums.
- Roast until sauce is bubbling and plums are tender, about 20 minutes.
