Consider this the unofficial adult beverage of spring: a bubbly rosé sangria that uses an entire pound of fresh strawberries with sweet-tart hits of fresh lemon and lemon liqueur. If you’re party prepping, you can mix the main components the night before, leaving out the seltzer until just before serving for maximum effervescence.

Ingredients
WW On Point Rosé Wine
1 bottle(s), 750 mL (3 cups)
Limoncello
4 fl oz, (1/2 cup)
Strawberries
1 pound(s), hulled and sliced (about 3 cups)
Lemon
1 wedge(s), small, thinly sliced
Plain or unflavoured seltzer
2 cup(s), preferably berry-flavoured, chilled
Instructions
1
In a pitcher, combine the wine and limoncello. Add the strawberries and lemon. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
2
Just before serving, stir in the chilled seltzer. Serve the sangria over ice.

Serving size: 1 cup (without ice)
