Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

2 cup(s)

Agave nectar

2 tbsp(s)

Lemon zest

1 tsp(s)

Fresh lemon juice

1 tsp(s)

Freeze-dried strawberries

0.75 cup(s)

Fibre 1 70 Calorie Chocolate Fudge Brownie

2 brownie(s)

Shelled pistachio nuts

0.25 cup(s)

Instructions

1

Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with aluminum foil so the foil hangs over the edges of the pan.

2

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, agave, and lemon zest and juice. Using the back of a spoon, spread the yogurt mixture into an even layer in the prepared pan; scatter the strawberries, brownies, and nuts over top. Cover the pan with foil; freeze for at least 1 hour.

3

When ready to serve, remove the tray from the freezer, uncover the pan, and lift the bark from the pan holding the edges of the foil. Cut the bark into 16 even pieces (if the bark is too hard to cut, let it sit for a few minutes until it softens slightly). Keep the bark stored in the freezer in a sealed container until ready to serve.
