Cold, creamy and delicious, this berry-infused dip is wonderful served with whole strawberries or even spread over thin chocolate wafers.

Ingredients

Strawberries

1 pound(s), (about 19 large berries)

Whipped cream cheese

4 oz, (at room temperature)

Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

½ cup(s)

Vanilla extract

½ tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries; place on a serving platter. Finely chop 1 strawberry; set aside.
  2. Using an electric mixer, in a medium bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; gently stir in chopped berry and spoon into a small serving bowl. Serve strawberries with dip.
  3. Serving size: 3 strawberries and 3 Tbsp dip.
