Spinach salad with goat cheese, grapes and honey mustard dressing
Apple cider vinegar

1 cup(s), red, seedless, halved
Uncooked red onion(s)
⅓ medium, or thinly sliced
¼ tbsp(s), toasted
Semisoft goat cheese
- To make dressing, in a large bowl, whisk together oil, water, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Add spinach, grapes and onion to bowl; toss to mix and coat.
- Place about 2 1/4 cups salad on each of 4 salad plates; sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon almonds and 1 tablespoon cheese. Yields 1 salad per serving.
