Instructions

In a 5- or 6-qt slow cooker, stir together tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, 2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper flakes.

In a large bowl, mix together turkey, panko, basil, fennel seeds, remaining 1 tsp oregano, and remaining 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper until combined well but not overmixed. With damp hands, shape turkey mixture into 24 meatballs. Add to slow cooker. Cover and cook until meatballs are cooked through and flavors are blended, 6 to 7 hours on Low.
