Spicy Szechuan Turkey Wraps

We've teamed up this spicy turkey sausage mixture with crunchy iceberg lettuce leaves. They're a great way to wrap up food, minus the fat.
Uncooked turkey sausage(s)
1 pound(s), casings removed
Spiced seasoning mix
½ tbsp(s), toasted
Canned water chestnut(s)
8 oz, drained and diced
8 leaf/leaves, large, use large iceberg leaves
- Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet, breaking it up as it cooks, about 8 minutes. Stir in spiced seasoning mix, water chestnuts, almonds and soy sauce; heat for 1 minute.
- To eat, spoon 1/2 cup sausage mixture onto a lettuce leaf. Wrap envelope-style and enjoy. Yields 2 wraps per serving.
