Spicy Shrimp Kebabs
40 oz, 2 and a half pounds, medium
2 clove(s), large, minced
2 tsp(s), minced
2 tsp(s), finely chopped
4 medium, chopped
- Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
- Combine marinade ingredients in a large glass bowl. Add shrimp, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Soak 6 thin wooden skewers in water. Remove marinated shrimp from refrigerator and pierce with sticks to make kebabs.
- Grill or broil shrimp until pink and tender.
