Ingredients

Uncooked shrimp

40 oz, 2 and a half pounds, medium

Garlic clove(s)

2 clove(s), large, minced

Ginger root

2 tsp(s), minced

Lemon grass

2 tsp(s), finely chopped

Cumin seeds

½ tsp(s)

Hoisin sauce

½ tsp(s)

Honey mustard

2 tsp(s)

Uncooked scallion(s)

4 medium, chopped

Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients in a large glass bowl. Add shrimp, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  3. Soak 6 thin wooden skewers in water. Remove marinated shrimp from refrigerator and pierce with sticks to make kebabs.
  4. Grill or broil shrimp until pink and tender.
