Spicy French 'Fries'

Ingredients
Uncooked potato
2 large, cut into thin strips
Egg whites
2 serving(s)
Cumin seeds
¾ tsp(s)
Table salt
½ tsp(s)
Chili powder
½ tsp(s)
Black pepper
¼ pinch(es), freshly ground
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to the baking sheet. Bake until potatoes are barely tender, about 15 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to broil; broil until crispy, about 10 minutes. Serve at once.
