Make this popular hors d'oeuvre healthier by making the meatballs with ground turkey instead of ground beef and using fat-free barbecue sauce.

Ingredients
Uncooked extra lean ground turkey breast
1½ pound(s)
Uncooked quick oats
1 cup(s)
Egg whites
2 serving(s), large
Onion
1 large, finely chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), large, chopped
Fresh parsley
¼ cup(s), chopped
Dried oregano
1 tsp(s)
Beef bouillon granules
1½ tsp(s)
Black pepper
½ tsp(s)
Barbecue sauce
1¼ cup(s)
Instructions
1
Combine all ingredients, except barbecue sauce, in a medium-size bowl; mix well.
2
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Shape meatball mixture into sixty 1-inch balls; place on baking sheet.

4
Meanwhile, heat barbecue sauce over medium-high heat until hot. Pour sauce over cooked meatballs, toss gently and serve.
