Speedy Broccoli-Cheddar Soup
Fat free reduced sodium vegetable broth
1 cup(s), roasted
1 tbsp(s), chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup(s), reduced fat, sharp, made with 2% milk
- In a small saucepan, whisk together broth, milk, flour, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until thick and bubbly, about 4 minutes. Stir in broccoli and scallions; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar.
