Sparkling Sangria-Style Punch

Our crowd-pleasing alcohol-free punch has all the flavour of a traditional sangria, with a few festive additions.


Ingredients
Tea bag
2 item(s), black tea variety, to make 300mL of tea
Honey
2 tbsp(s)
Cinnamon sticks
4 item(s)
Unsweetened cranberry juice
6¾ fl oz
Unsweetened grape juice
6¾ fl oz
Unsweetened orange juice
5 fl oz
Orange
1 medium, thinly sliced
Lemon
1 medium, thinly sliced
Lime
1 medium, thinly sliced
Apple
1 medium, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
Fresh cranberries
¾ cup(s)
Sparkling water
15¼ fl oz

Pour the black tea into a large heatproof jug and stir in the honey until dissolved. Add 2 of the cinnamon sticks, then set aside to steep for 1-2 hours, or until cooled completely, then discard the cinnamon.

In a large glass punch bowl, combine all of the fruit juices. Add the sliced fruit and fresh cranberries to the bowl, then pour in the cinnamon-infused tea and stir to combine. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Just before serving, top up the punch bowl with the sparkling water and garnish with the remaining cinnamon sticks.
