Our crowd-pleasing alcohol-free punch has all the flavour of a traditional sangria, with a few festive additions.


Tea bag

Unsweetened cranberry juice

6¾ fl oz

Unsweetened grape juice

6¾ fl oz

Unsweetened orange juice

5 fl oz


1 medium, thinly sliced


1 medium, thinly sliced

Fresh lime(s)

1 medium, thinly sliced

Fresh apple(s)

1 medium, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

Fresh cranberries

¾ cup(s)

Sparkling water

15¼ fl oz


  1. Pour the black tea into a large heatproof jug and stir in the honey until dissolved. Add 2 of the cinnamon sticks, then set aside to steep for 1-2 hours, or until cooled completely, then discard the cinnamon.
  2. In a large glass punch bowl, combine all of the fruit juices. Add the sliced fruit and fresh cranberries to the bowl, then pour in the cinnamon-infused tea and stir to combine. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, top up the punch bowl with the sparkling water and garnish with the remaining cinnamon sticks.


If you can’t find fresh cranberries, frozen will work just as well.
