Low sodium soy sauce

Tahini

Fresh lime juice

Ginger root

Toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk 30 ml (2 Tbsp) reduced-sodium soy sauce, 15 ml (1 Tbsp) tahini, 25 ml (5 tsp) fresh lime juice (from 2 limes), 6 ml (11⁄4 tsp) grated peeled fresh ginger, 10 ml (2 tsp) toasted sesame oil, and 22 ml (11⁄2 Tbsp) water. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
