Soy-Ginger Marinade

Ingredients
Low sodium soy sauce
⅓ cup(s)
Dark brown sugar
1 tbsp(s)
Minced garlic
1 tbsp(s)
Minced ginger
1 tbsp(s)
Rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp(s)
Garlic chili paste
1 tsp(s)
Instructions

In shallow bowl, whisk all ingredients. Add 3 lb of salmon or other fish (eight 6-oz fillets) and turn to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
