Alongside deviled eggs and pickled okra lies another favourite Southern dish: pimento cheese. Our version is made with reduced-fat cheddar, given a flavour boost with smoked paprika, and spooned into crispy phyllo shells. Buy the eggs already prepped or search the WW app for an easy deviled egg recipe you can make yourself.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together the cheddar, red peppers, mayonnaise, scallions, and smoked paprika. Divide the cheese mixture evenly among the phyllo shells.
