Ingredients

Bick's Sweet Gherkins

Smoked salmon

4 oz, thinly sliced

Cream cheese

8 oz, whipped or regular, softened

Bick's Garlic Dill Pickles

125 gm, chopped

Uncooked scallion(s)

¼ cup(s), (green onions), chopped

Fresh dill

1 tbsp(s), chopped

Capers

1 tbsp(s), chopped

Bick's Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings

30 gm, (2 tbsp), chopped, optional

Instructions

  1. Smoked Salmon Wrapped Gherkins Wrap gherkins with smoked salmon and secure with toothpick. Serve on a platter with Bick’s Sliced Beets, sliced cucumber, cocktail-sized pumpernickel bread, Bick’s Sour Cocktail Onions, and Dill Pickle Cream Cheese.
