Pizza dough mix
1 oz, thin crust prepared, (such as Boboli)
Low fat cream cheese
8 oz, diced
2 tbsp(s), drained
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet and brush olive oil over top.
- Top with cream cheese, salmon and capers.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle dill over pizza just before slicing.
Add diced onion for extra flavour.
