A bit special and very delicious, this finger-food snack is easy to prepare. Whole-grain bread is spread with cream cheese and piled with smoked salmon, dill, capers, red onion, and a touch of grated lemon zest. It’s easily big-batched for sharing with friends.

Low fat cream cheese
1 oz, thinly sliced
1 tsp(s), chopped fresh
Uncooked red onion(s)

- Lightly toast bread; remove crust.
- Spread warm bread with cream cheese and top with salmon. Cut into 4 triangles; sprinkle with dill, capers, onion, and lemon zest.
- Serving size: 4 salmon-topped triangles
