Plain fat free Greek yogurt
Fresh lemon juice

- Combine the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, shallot, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; divide evenly among the crackers. Cut the salmon into 10 thin strips; place 1 strip on each cracker; garnish with dill.
