Turn ordinary rice crackers into an elevated snack (or light meal) with an herb-yogurt sauce and some smoked salmon.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Lemon zest

Fresh lemon juice

Uncooked shallot(s)

Fresh dill
