Canned crushed tomatoes

Canned tomato paste

Uncooked 93% lean ground turkey

Whole wheat panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

Stir together tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar 3 teaspoons oregano, pepper flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in 5- or 6-quart slow cooker.

Combine turkey, panko, basil, fennel seeds, black pepper, remaining 1 teaspoon oregano, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt in large bowl and mix well. Shape into 24 meatballs. Place meatballs in slow cooker. Cover and cook 6-7 hours on Low.
