Salmon with Honey Mustard & Coriander

Uncooked farmed skinless salmon fillet(s)
20 oz, 4 - 5 oz fillets
- Preheat the broiler. Line a sheet pan with foil. Arrange 4 (140-g [5-oz]) salmon fillets on the prepared pan in a single layer. Spread 15 ml (1 Tbsp) honey mustard on the tops of the fillets. Sprinkle with 2 ml (1⁄2 tsp) ground coriander and 0.5 ml (1⁄8 tsp) each salt and black pepper. Broil the fillets, watching carefully to prevent burning, until browned on top and just firm and opaque in the centres, about 5 minutes.
