Roasted Radishes with Lemon and Dill

Roasted radishes achieve a delicious crispy finish with a juicy mellow bite. We top them here with lemon, dill and garlic to pair with just about any main dish.

- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside
- In a medium bowl, toss together radishes, oil, salt and pepper. Spread radishes on prepared baking sheets in a single layer, cut-sides down (it will be crowded); roast 10 minutes, stirring once and switching pan positions in oven after 5 minutes.
- Spoon radishes into a serving bowl and toss with dill, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic; serve immediately.
