For a fancier presentation, cut your cauliflower into several thick “steaks” instead of florets

Ingredients

Uncooked cauliflower

1 head(s), large, cut into 1-in florets

Olive oil cooking spray

5 spray(s)

Kosher salt

¾ tsp(s)

Black pepper

¼ tsp(s)

Fresh parsley

2 tbsp(s), chopped

Lemon zest

1 tbsp(s), minced

Minced garlic

1 tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place cauliflower on prepared pan and coat with cooking spray; season with salt and pepper. Bake, stirring once halfway through cooking, until well-browned, 30-35 minutes.
  3. Combine parsley, lemon zest and garlic in a small bowl; toss with cauliflower just before serving.
