This recipe makes enough for 1 1/2 pounds of ribs; it's also delicious on chicken and flank steak, too. Make a double or triple batch, and store the rest in an air-tight container to have at the ready. These flavours all go together beautifully, but you could easily swap out any one that you might not like for another spice that you prefer.
Dark brown sugar
- In small bowl, stir all ingredients. Rub blend evenly on 1½ lb of ribs before grilling. Or store in airtight container for up to 3 months.
