reduced calorie mayonnaise
hot dog pickle relish
light beef or pork hot dog(s)
reduced calorie hot dog bun(s)
½ cup(s), drained
shredded low fat Swiss cheese
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup and relish.
- Grill hot dogs directly over heat, turning as needed, until grill marks appear and heated through, about 5 minutes. Grill buns until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
- To serve, place a hot dog in each bun; spread each with 1 Tbsp dressing and 2 Tbsp sauerkraut. Sprinkle each with 1 1/2 Tbsp cheese; heat on covered grill until cheese melts.
- Serving size: 1 hot dog.
