Who doesn’t love a good ranch dip? Ours is thick and creamy—just like the original—but low in SmartPoints®. Serve it as a salad dressing, as a dip, or as a sauce for grilled everything.

Ingredients

1% low-fat buttermilk

½ cup(s)

Light mayonnaise

6 tbsp(s)

Garlic clove

1 clove(s), medium

Chives

3 tbsp(s), chopped fresh

Fresh parsley

2 tbsp(s), chopped

Apple cider vinegar

½ tsp(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate about 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Can be stored in covered jar up to 1 week. Shake before using. (Makes generous ¾ cup)
  2. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
