Instead of ordering Greek takeout, try our lightened take on the traditional gyro sandwich. This recipe for a quick beef gyro combines the ease of a meal out with the low SmartPoints® value of cooking at home! While the classic gyro meat is a combination of beef and lamb, we swapped in deli roast beef. By slightly frying it on the stove top, you'll recreate the similar crisp texture while still managing to save some Points. Instead of using a pita bread, we've decided to go with whole-wheat tortillas. They provide that carb flavor we all know and love—without racking up the Points.
