Ingredients

Uncooked rolled oats

1½ cup(s)

Protein powder

½ cup(s), chocolate or vanilla flavor

Ground cinnamon

½ tsp(s)

Dried chia seeds

1 tbsp(s)

Smooth reduced fat peanut butter

½ cup(s)

Honey

3 tbsp(s)

Vanilla extract

1 tsp(s)

Fat-free plain soy milk

3 tbsp(s), (2-4 tbsp as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and chia seeds.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir together to combine. Mixture will still be a bit crumbly.
  3. Add in milk 1 tbsp at a time to bring together the oat mixture until it forms a sticky ball.
  4. Portion and roll into 20 bite-sized balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
