Peanut butter oatmeal protein bites
Uncooked rolled oats
½ cup(s), chocolate or vanilla flavor
Dried chia seeds
Smooth reduced fat peanut butter
Fat-free plain soy milk
3 tbsp(s), (2-4 tbsp as needed)
- In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and chia seeds.
- Add in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir together to combine. Mixture will still be a bit crumbly.
- Add in milk 1 tbsp at a time to bring together the oat mixture until it forms a sticky ball.
- Portion and roll into 20 bite-sized balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
