A fresh take on a classic peanut butter & apple combo!

Ingredients

Apple

1 medium, cored

Water

4 tbsp(s)

Powdered peanut butter

8 tbsp(s)

Banana

½ medium, sliced

Kiwifruit

1 medium, peeled and chopped

Unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut powder with water and stir until smooth.
  2. Slice apple into four thick rings.
  3. Spread peanut powder mixture over apple rings and top with your favorite chopped fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes.

Notes

Switch up the flavor and try powdered peanut products in Chocolate or Honey.
