Ingredients

Passion fruit

Agave nectar

6 tsp(s)

Turbinado sugar

1 tsp(s)

Plain soy yogurt

200 gm

Instructions

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half and spoon out the flesh. Briefly puree the fruit flesh and mix with agave syrup, vanilla sugar and yogurt.
  2. Pour the mixture into 4 popsicle moulds (75 ml each) and freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  3. Serving size: 1 popsicle
