Grated Parmesan cheese
Plain air popped popcorn (prepared without oil)

- In a small bowl, mix together cheese, thyme, garlic powder and salt.
- Place hot popcorn in a serving bowl and coat with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese mixture, tossing all the while, until well coated. Yields about 2 cups per serving.
Grate the cheese with a microplane or through the small holes of a box grater.
