Ingredients

Uncooked farmed skinless salmon fillet

3 oz, (1 fillet)

Uncooked potato

½ medium, diced or sliced

Asparagus

5 spear(s), medium

Lemon

1 wedge(s), sliced

Table salt

tsp(s), (or to taste)

Black pepper

tsp(s), (or to taste)

Dried dill weed

tsp(s), (or to taste), or fresh

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut a piece of parchment paper or foil and fold in half, right down the middle. Cut into a heart shape. Place all ingredients on one side of the heart. Fold the other side of the heart over and crimp the rounded edge until it is tightly closed.
  3. Place closed packet on a rimmed baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake until the potatoes are tender, about 18-20 minutes.
  4. Once baked, the package should puff up, making for a restaurant-quality serving for one! Enjoy!
