Ingredients

Light mayonnaise

1 tbsp(s)

Tabasco pepper sauce

1 tbsp(s)

Fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Black pepper

1 pinch(es)

Nori seaweed

1 sheet(s), large size

Uncooked pea shoots

½ cup(s), or arugula

Cucumber

½ small, cut into long matchsticks

Cooked salmon

3 oz, cut into 2[1 1/2 oz] pieces

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Divide between the sheets of nori.
  2. Top each piece of nori with half the vegetables and a piece of salmon. Roll up to form wraps.
  3. Serving size: 2 wraps
