Light mayonnaise

Tabasco pepper sauce

Fresh lemon juice

Black pepper

Nori seaweed

Uncooked pea shoots
½ cup(s)
Cucumber
½ small
Cooked salmon

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Divide between the sheets of nori.

Top each piece of nori with half the vegetables and a piece of salmon. Roll up to form wraps.
