Nooch and caramel popcorn
Plain air popped popcorn (prepared without oil)

2 cup(s), large flake variety
Unpacked brown sugar
- Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Divide between two bowls.
- Mix the nutritional yeast (nooch), turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Melt 1/2 Tbsp of coconut oil and pour over one of the bowls of popcorn. Sprinkle with nooch mix.
- In a small saucepan, melt the remaining coconut oil, and whisk in vanilla extract and brown sugar, and maple syrup until a syrup forms. Pour the sugar syrup over the remaining plain popcorn and toss. Mix the two popcorn flavors together and serve.
- Serving: 1.5 cups
